Description:


  You will identify renewable feedstocks, such as vegetable oils, used cooking oils, and animal fats purchased by Phillips 66 and engage with the suppliers to receive the required regulatory documentation and transportation distances that relates to the purchase of the physical material. If documentation is inaccurate or incomplete, contractor will communicate the issues to the supplier and collaborate to receive corrected materials. Contractor will also be responsible for combining documentation and data from various suppliers as physical volume is collected and combined in tanks, using primarily Microsoft Excel.
**For example, the company may purchase beef tallow from a supplier, requiring the contractor to receive documentation showing the locations of origin facilities and, the volume/weight collected. They will then use the documentation to trace the physical movement and transportation distances of the beef tallow from the origin facilities to the final destination, which will either be a Phillips 66 owned facility or a 3rd party sale to a customer,
Responsibilities:
  • Will review the validity of documentation received, organize the data (typically in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint), and file the information.
  • If needed, the contractor will contact the supplier for missing or inaccurate documents.
  • Must be diligent, ensuring that the supplier delivers the correct documents in a timely fashion to then organize and pass forward documentation to the P66 facility or 3rd party entities.
  • Tracking mileage for transportation distances of trucks, railcars, barges, and ships, and documenting that mileage in an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Assist with required audits or regulatory requests
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Document Control Experience or experience in a similar field, , completing Regulatory items
  • Knowledge of tracking mileage for transportation distances of trucks, railcars, barges, and ships, and documenting that mileage in an Excel spreadsheet.
  •  Diligent, organized, patient, and responsible individual
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Prior experience with traditional Microsoft applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and SharePoint
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the desire to work with numbers.
  • Problem solving mindset and ability to make thoughtful decisions and judgement calls.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, as interaction with 3rd party customers/suppliers via email and phone will be required.
