Position: MOC Administrator II
Position Type: W2 Contract- No Benefits

Description:
Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop training materials based on content provided.
  • Create quick reference guides to use after training.
Job Requirements:
  • Ability to seek feedback and update training materials based on feedback.
  • Must have prior experience creating training guides for all team members and colleagues to utilize as resource material.
  • Must understand how communicate training material and how to create SOP guides in relevance to how adults learn.
  • Strong written communication skills
  • 3+ years’ experience developing training material
  • Utilize Phillips 66 training model format/branding.
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must be able to work safely in an office environment
  • Must be able to work both individually and on a team
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist MOC Coordinator with processing MOC documentation
  • Scan/upload vendor documents to SAP/Falcon in an organized manner
  • Maintain latest modifications to training material.
  • Maintain a working list and progress reports
Required
  • Basic computer/PC skills
  • Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Worked in a similar capacity in a previous role.
Preferred
  • Worked in a similar capacity in similar industry (refining, petro-chemical, etc.)
  • SAP
  • Experience developing training material for field operations
