Organizational Change Management Consultant IV
Specialized assignment with the Ethics and Compliance Department, develop an Organizational Change Management Strategy and Communication Plan to promote the desired cultural shift focused on the people side of change and building new capabilities across the organization. The plan leverages the latest in adult learning, growth, and enterprise thinking practices.
In partnership with Advisors, Business Sponsors, Program Management Office, and a team of operational and technical experts leading a multi-year deployment of SAP to establish a digital platform and globalize a new operational template which will accelerate value creation for customers partners, and society.
Oversee and manage a team of OCM professionals to ensure their timely execution of project deliverables, giving consistent effort to meet the client’s, site leadership's and their people's needs, and exceed their expectations whenever possible. Mentor and guide the OCM Team on change methodologies and strategies, issue resolution, business etiquette, communications work product, data compilation, and reporting.
  • Develop a structured change approach in alignment with corporate management methodology, standard processes and tools, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities the OCM Team applied to support the people in adopting the new solution, i.e., stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, engagement and communication plans, user feedback surveys, lessons learned, and reporting.
  • Manage all aspects of project communications and reporting to all levels of the organization to include internal project reporting and change control procedures_
  • Create internal project process-es to improve areas in business role mapping, end user training assignments, and super user development.
  • Collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to create solutions to their toughest issues and design "best in class” programs for implementation across tile organization.
