Description:
In this role the successful candidate will be working in the Procurement Midstream Corporate Division at headquarters in Houston, TX.

Job Duties:

Advises the company on their contracts in order to prevent contractual disputes and to protect the company's financial interests and reputation.
Reviews and analyzes contract terms and conditions and interprets contract requirements prior to signing.
Recommends contract provisions and amendments.
Advises internal departments on innovative and cost-effective ways to comply with contractual obligations

Requirements:

1-3 years' experience as a contract analyst
Strong Microsoft Office experience
