Position:  Project Analyst II- 7860
Position Type: W2 Contract – No Benefits
Position Location: Bartlesville, OK

Description and Responsibilities:
Work closely with Procurement Business Partner and Project Managers to identify purchasing needs for Tank COE projects.
  • Create all requisitions for materials and services for Tank COE projects.
  • Support and manage change order requests; communicate with Project Leads and buyers to verify proper documentation is included and POs are updated correctly.
  • Support Project Leads with purchase order and invoice issues, communicating with vendor and Accounts Payable to identify cause of issue and determine proper resolution.
  • Coordinate with Procurement Business Partner and Category Management when vendor additions and/or changes are needed.
  • Coordinate with Procurement to verify that requisitions are quickly converted to purchase orders and confirming with vendors purchase order receipt.
  • Ensure costs are settled correctly, scope and instructions are fit for purpose and applicable policies and procedures are referenced.
  • Review and monitor Project documentation to verify accuracy and validity.
  • Provide support to Project Leads and PCLs in determining cause and resolution of SAP system errors.
  • Assist Project Leads with project closures.
Basic/Required:
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to read and understand related drawings and technical documents
  • 3 or more years of experience in maintenance via SAP or similar systems
  • Comfortable collaborating remotely via MS Teams/Webex.
  • Must work onsite at the P66 office in downtown Bartlesville.
Preferred:
  • Associate's degree or higher
  • 5 or more years of experience in maintenance via SAP or similar systems
  • Experience in SAP or similar Maintenance Management System
  • Experience in Procurement activities
  • Experience supporting multiple projects
  • Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of pipeline and terminal equipment
