Position: OCM Specialist IV

Position Type: W2 Contract

Position Location: Houston, TX

Role Description:

Review, maintain and build upon existing training assets developed in wave 1
Review existing Business Requirements Document by BU
Develop user reference guides and job aids for each BU and work with the Wipro track leads for any clarifications.
Develop computer-based training for cross-bu functionality (search and reporting, approvals)
Analyze current instructional materials and provide guidance for improvements

Knowledge/Skillset:

Bachelor's Degree
5-10 years of relevant experience
Icertis
Contract Lifecycle Management
Experience in System Implementation
Expert Instructional Development experience
